Lounge or bar in Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf Ratingen

i stayed at the mercury hotel with my family. half of my family was visiting a gaming convention. we did not know how long the convention would last on the day of our check out. The late check out was absolutely fabulous. The staff was absolutley understanding and fabulous! we were able to stay at the hotel , till i got the call that the convention was finished, and that i could pick up the rest of my family and drive home.

Lobby or reception in Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf Ratingen

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, price is good. No problems finding a parking spot on the parking lot behind the hotel. Regarding the location: it’s next to a highway which makes it an ideal stop en-route. We used the hotel to visit to visit some touristic attractions in the area. That works out well if you have a car.

Restaurant/places to eat in Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf Ratingen

Good hotel to stay for 1 nigh as a stop over during long journey. Room and the bathroom were ok, although improvement needed on cleanliness. Exceptionally good breakfast, definitely worth extra to be paid.

Nice, welcoming lobby. Good location, easy to reach from the Autobahn. Good price, breakfast and extremely friendly staff.

We’re travelling with a group of choir children. The fact that Under 18 stays for free made this 4 star hotel cheaper than a Youth Hostel! The lady serving us in the breakfast hall, was very friendly and helpful!

friendly staff , speaking fluent english , very good value , macdonalds next door (was still open at 21:30 on a friday) so snaack for kid on late arrival was nice to have around. wide rooms good beds and linnen and good shower/soaps. breakfast was standard but good... again very good value at 95€/night

Facade/entrance in Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf Ratingen

Very good value for money. Easy access from the airport by car or taxi. Rooms are small, clean and have everything what u need to have a sleep. One minus - there are not electric sockets next to the bed:)
